Am pleased with thier services..I have bought two cars from them and no problem.

Brought a car of them less than 3 months ago and noticed i have a small leak which i didnt realy notice till a couple of weeks ago as had to re fill the coolant as it was nearly empty i have called them to get the issue fixed and got told not there problem the leak is coming from the water pump so this isnt a cheap job even said i would pay half towards getting this issue sorted and still nothing d bright auto is a joke stay well away from these cowboys

Absolute shock how they treat customers I got a car two days later my breaks went on me, car has so many hidden problems I was told the car was mechanicly checked and safe. Was lies!! I nearly had two accidents I could of killed my family!! Now less than 3 months head gaskets gone and they are refusing to fix apparently its not part of the engine lol. I swear to god this garage is disgusting. Shocks are leaking callipers need replacing wish bones had gone list is endless. We are currently going down the legal route. Absolutely appalling unprofessional company should be closed down, but then they will only open under another name! Reported to trading standards!! Stay clear from this garage is dangerous!!

Cowboy traders messing you upThey sold a car to me and they did not say that the boot does not lock and that the central locking is faulty. This is estimated to be a £200-300 job to fix. The boot rods were also broken and the cd player speakers do not work and the second key that they gave me can not start the car.Who knows what else I will find out as time passes.I was chasing them for two months to fix the boot lock or give a refund for this work so I can pay my garage. They kept up messing up with me, saying first they will fix the boot lock, making appointments with an engineer that never turned up, then not answering phone calls and hanging up on me, and after 2 months they said they will not fix the boot lock neither give a refund.The trader I saw last time said they do not know what problems the cars have when they sell them! The people are completely unprofessional, they do not have a clue how to run a business.I reported them to trading standards and proceeding with court hearing as none of the problems of the car were said when I bought the car and as they are not cooperating to sort out the main fault of the car, the boot lock. I told them I will go to court and they still do not care to give a refund so I can pay my garage for the central locking work.If you want a car with hidden problems you are at the right place! The sale is done at the car, there is no office to sign the paperwork and they also do not give a log book and manual with the car.The only review that exists in google maps is from them! They reviewed themselves! Very professional!

Bought a car from d bright auto last month, it was as described and pick was easy. drove 200miles back home with no problem. easy transaction, will definitely use again.

Very polite and friendly man. One man business. Easy to find with sat nav. He is an aa seller on aa cars. Mot was less than 6 months ago new mot put on car. We had an issue service light coming on but we came to an amicable agreement.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Absolutely appalled at the service from this garage. Purchased a car less than a day ago and the exhaust blows! Contacted you and was told despite the fact the sale was completed at your garage it was someone’s brother and a private sale despite the vehicle being registered to nobody related to anyone at the garage. One day of ownership and you won’t even sort the bill for the repairs or accept the car back and give me my money back. Absolutely disgusting. Have reported to trading standards and have started a Facebook post shared hundreds of times already. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Have contacted the AA to see if this really is an approved garage as will do my best to make sure unless issue is resolved that you lose more than AA Approval.
