We visited on Saturday and me, my husband and little boy thoroughly enjoyed our scan! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming there, the scan was incredibly thorough and clearer than any scan I’ve had before. Not sure if it’s a different device but was far better than other private and NHS scans I’ve had previously. The room was warm, everywhere was spotless and we were made to feel so comfortable.The only negative was when I called to make the appointment it went through to a call centre/operator that manages a few of the clinics I think, the lady was abrupt and rude, I nearly didn’t book. That said I’m so glad we chose ultrasoundplus in Leicester and will very likely be back. Thank you so much

I would not recommend. The place was freezing cold, it took several hours and phone calls to get my results despite being told I’d get them instantly on several occasions. The receipt they give out isn’t valid health insurance and they are now not responding to emails to get a sufficient one!

A quick and easy same day booking for an emergency scan at an exceptional price! Completely put my mind at rest. Very welcoming and friendly staff and ultra conscious of hygiene! Would highly recommend.

The most unprofessional company, the lady over the telephone was incredibly rude and unprofessional, there might have been some miscommunication and misunderstanding with regards to cancellation policy which is fine and most companies have polices, but the derogatory tone, raised voice used by this lady was honestly horrendous. There was zero compassion, patience or empathy. I would never recommend this to anyone. Sole function is to make money and there is no human kindness or understanding especially over the phone.
