Worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.Awful Terms and Conditions that they don't stick to unless it suits them.They increase your prices mid-contract even though it goes against their terms and conditions and you have to hound them to put you back on base rates.Absolute price gouging for things that really shouldn't be that expensive. To get out of our contract cost an absolute fortune.For the lease we had I could have bought the machine a few times over.The staff are awful, rude and downright don't care about issues you may have.Honestly, just buy your own printer but if you must lease then avoid this company at all costs.

The people in your accounts team should be sacked.First point of call when complaining was a lady.Well....as cheery as she was (absolute sarcasm. Ive had more of a cheery attitude from the funeral director when burying my grandad) she clearly lacked the knowledge to know what was going on and repeated the words 'its money owed' when asked owed for what, she repeated the line.I then spoke to a gentleman in customer service who, when asked for his name, paused, like he needed to think about, again not really filling me with confidence in this company's abilities.Again this gentleman repeated the same phrases over and over. When I asked for an explaination he would say the same phrase 'monies owed'. At this point I'm now starting to believe the customer service agents are actually just machines, which, a lot like the copier machines they supply, are broken, outdated and just plain useless.And then the last engineer we were sent. Well he was just the cherry on the absolute cake.He arrived to solve a problem with lines when printing. While I was trying to explain the issue, he was clearly put out by a woman having a better understanding of the issue than himself, (i mean, I've had to fix the copier myself so many times due to their shoddy maintenance I could probably take it all apart and rebuild a machine to replace one of your customer service agents), he started to bang his hand against the ink tray in a 'me Tarzan, you Jane' kind of way and just said keep it clean. We now have two photocopier machines in our Leeds office. One is a brand new machine, the other we have had for 4 years. John the XBM sales person talked us through all the options including replacing the old machine, but when we asked for a new one to replace a truly awful machine from another supplier, he suggested moving the old machine into the office that did less printing and putting just one new one in main office. this saved us money and he even arranged for the XBM service guys to strip another old machine down and completely clean and replace any dodgy parts when they were here to install the new machine .They saved us a lot of money and even even supported us through the pandemic so i'm sure when the old one finally does give out, I'll be going back to XBM.Thanks John and everyone in the service team.

We have 2 copiers and a touchscreen from XBM and they were really helpful when I accidentally unplugged everything and couldn’t make them link up again.Their IT guys were great and the engineer who came out sorted a different issue with one machine in minutes and then connected my tablet and iPhone to the printer too.Thanks guys.

Firstly, I recommend before joining XBM that you go and read their trust pilot reviews. My review was flagged as false but within 12 hours was verified as being real and was kept on the page. I see many comments claiming all others are former staff but they are not.All was okay with this company until our contract ended and we wanted to leave due to finding a cheaper contract elsewhere. This was when they started to add all sorts of ludicrous fees on top which included £900 + for a collection fee and data cleanse that was not even going to be done by their company.Once I argued these away I was then given another £900+ leaving fee and this was because they decided without consent to sign us into a new contract and without providing us with a copy. This was because they used another leasing company and made sure the dates ended at separate times so we had no choice but to stay with XBM for a further few months.When asked to break this payment down we were not given solid answers, our bills suddenly started to leap up without explanation. Whilst we were discussing the leaving fee they decided to take the money from the account without consent and without prior notification. Once this happened they even continued to take money until we removed the direct debit mandate so that they could not do this. The last money will be returned but the excoriate and illegal leaving fee" they are still adamant they deserve to keep. We are seeking legal action against them but in the meantime we want to make others aware of how this company behaves. Had I read trust pilot first

Truly awful service, rude staff and beware the sneaky one liner on the order you sign that means unless you give three months notice before the annual renewal you are stuck with them despite the awful service for another year. I wish we had never met them. The machine is unreliable, the service team woeful and the consumables team are truly the worst, incoherant, low IQ individuals who are rude and do not give a toss. So when your consumables run out and your machine stops working don't be surprised if you wait over a week for consumables and if you buy your own in despair they will still charge you the per print price for printing on your own ink. A cunning plan to do nothing and be paid endlessly. We are now engaging legal support to terminate the contract on breach of service but even then they aren't responding to us or our solicitors. I run a fairly successful Scout Group but it is only a Scout Group. We decided a lease photocopier was the way to go and went to XMB Limited.It was for the entire 3 month period been a disappointing situation and clearly XMB have no interest in being remotely honest or open in how they treat customers. We have a reconditioned machine and with fairly light use (our Scout Hall is closed most of normal office hours) as gone wrong twice and although we have parts and labour included XBM Ltd are so slow to act. We have a lease for 5 years and I wish, along with our executive we could break it and have the machine taken away.The company do not understand, or choose to ignore the fact we are closed before 15:30 week days (despite a very keen sales exec telling me that would be no problem." It is always a problem.All I can suggest is before you entertain using XMB Ltd think very carefully

Have to say, I've been provided a quality service, my photocopiers have been great and ive had really good support throughout our contract. Recommend these guys a lot.
