We have been with this practice for 43 years and have seen lots of changes. The Doctors and nurses have always been first class and very switched on with the care we have needed!They do a Stirling job given all the unnecessary changes imposed on them by the Government!!!

Terrible experience was waiting an hour to see the doctor, then when seen given a prescription which was printed wrong, then had to wait another half hour. Then told to go to kiveton surgery to get it printed?

Thanks again to the surgery for being fab.Front of house ladies are lovely, ring at 8am and they’ll do their best to help. Yes there’s a queue on the phones but we’re lucky to have the NHS!Dr Baker kind and patient as always- thank you :)

I had an appointment yesterday at our doctors and the nurse who looked after me was amazing, she was welcoming, friendly, made me feel at ease and nothing was too much trouble, I'm sorry I didn't get her name but I can't thank her enough.

They were supposed to send off my adhd referral. They told me in may they had sent it off. Yesterday 15th August I contacted them and was told no it hadn’t been sent off and they were sorry. Miscommunication. But never fear because 3 months later they say they have now done it. I am now at a total loss all this time thinking I was on a waiting list and I wasn’t. I even checked a few weeks in and was told yes it was all sorted and all I had to do was wait. Absolutely disgusting sorry doesn’t cut it

Terrible service over a week to get your prescription ready diabolical. Grumpy staff on top of it!!Tried to book an appointment 25/10/23 was offered a date of the 8th November but unfortunately i'm out of the country on business paying my taxes to support so called public services like the NHS!!.The receptionist then stated they hadn't anymore appointments for the rest of the year!!!God help us

A positive review!I would like to praise Dr. Chelliah at the surgery, she has stuck by me for the last 6 months giving me support, I have never met a more kind, caring doctor.

I am writing this on behalf of my wife. She went into the doctors a while ago and was advised, after the nurse consulted with other menbers of staff, that instead of the jab she went in for and requested, she would need a different one.After not hearing about any further injections that she needed within a certain timeframe, and the timeframe was due to finish soon, she contacted the surgery to discuss this because they said they had not sufficient dosage when she went in previously and someone would ring her back.After someone eventually rang her back, they advised that she should have paid for it because the person who discussed it before has now left and shouldn't have given it her before, so now they're not willing to provide further treatment, so when my wife explained that it wasn't her fault because she was told she needed the different injection, they're saying they won't give her further injections unless she pays for it.My wife was not very happy at this but remained calm and after saying it's not her fault, the person hung up and now the surgery is closed, she can't contact anyone about this and has to go another day with an injection she needs. She also is meant to have an injection in a years time but she won't be having that one either.The practice is a joke and I'm absolutely disgusted by this.She is going to be raising a formal complaint about this because it is time critical that she gets the further injections.

I am very discusted in this doctors I'm am in need of my prescription which is serious and they won't send the prescription to the pharmacy so I can collect tomorrow so rude they need shutting down they have always done it as an emergency

Terrible!! Service is shocking I called at 8.30 to get an emergency appointment was 12th in the que by the time I got through I was told all appointments had gone and the best they could do was after the weekend!! Disgraceful they tell you not to go and waste time so I suffered for a week and my symptoms were getting worse so I decided to see the pharmacist the day before who couldn’t help me and said I needed to see the Doctor as it was a clear infection and only antibiotics would now help!! Walk in centre it is! Worst doctors surgery I’ve ever been registered too! Not the first time I’ve struggled to get an appointment wanted to see the nurse once and was told there was a 2 week wait! Useless!!
