It was terrific to meet Darrell and I love the colours and handles for my new kitchen.

Delighted with our new kitchen, Houston was very helpful in the showroom and fitters were efficient and professional.

A high quality kitchen but with terrible service and planning.I can not fault our actual kitchen now that it is (almost) finished nor the fitters who came to do the work they were assigned.The problems in our experience have stemmed from extremely poor planning and customer service which seemed to begin had made full payment.What was initially supposed to be a 2 day job (beginning January 2019) followed by a wait for our stone worktops and another 1-2 days work has turned into a multiple month ordeal and we are still waiting for repairs to be made and the temporary work tops and sink to be removed from our property. I have had to stay at home on at least 10 separate occasions now as every time someone was sent out to do a job in the kitchen another issue cropped up which hadn’t been planned for. The new work top depth hadn’t been considered, the refitting of our lights hadn’t been thought through and I’m certain we would have been stuck without a sink or worktops for a few weeks had we not persisted in asking.Basically it was all smiles and promises in the beginning. We were hounded for payment which they knew we could only provide once our new mortgage came through. Once payment was received however it was one way calls from our end, almost every day, trying to get all the small issues sorted. At one stage they actually tried to blame us for the problems and made out like they were doing us a favour by waiting until we actually had our house to do the kitchen.It’s all outside companies used for the actual kitchen from what I can tell so do yourself a favour and go somewhere that will give you the service you are paying for.After two months there are still issues and it is just disheartening.

Would not recommend anyone to this company,especially if you want your kitchen on time(what everyone wants)still waiting on my kitchen to be finished after getting it part installed on 6th oct 2020 now 21 Nov,and the only correspondence with this company,was to ask for the £495 we held back until kitchen was finished . The only thing they blame it on is coving 19,they don't blame that,when taking your money,(haha.not funny)all I can say is STAY AWAY ,plenty other brilliant honest places out there, my advice go elsewhere

Wonderful showroom, wonderful people. Fantastic selection of beautiful kitchens and bedrooms. So helpful and considerate at every stage. So nice to deal with a company who care about the customer.

Just went in to price a piece of kitchen worktop to make my own breakfast bar, girl at desk absolutely clueless, had repeat myself 5 times yet still asking stuff that had nothing do with what I wanted, she was hard work with what seemed little understanding of the queen's English, funny because she was British. All I wanted was price for worktop, just worktop, then it's pressure to fit it, I just wanted worktop not Spanish inquesition

Big thanks to George, Dennis and all at Woodstyle Kitchens. Excellent service from beginning to end. Was given great advice and loads of different styles to chose from. Great service and Value for money. Highly recommend them.

Had a good experience and staff really helpful. Can't wait to see new kitchen and utility room. Will update with photos when done.
