My go to supplier for all my sewing needs and I live 50 miles away. Mark and his staff are just so knowledgeable about the machines and keep a really good stock of fabrics and notions. I can promise you will get really good advice and service here. 5 stars!

I am a learner seamstress & avid cross-stitcher. This is my favourite haberdashery in Bath if not the planet! It stocks DMC which is sadly a rarity for some reason, and the customer service is excellent. So happy this shop is still there. I visit Bath mainly for social gatherings and to visit the Abbey & parks but it's a joy to pop in to Mark Pickles' Sewing Studio to top up my supplies on my way back to the Park & Ride in Newbridge.

What a fabulous shop. I bought my new Pfaff machine today. Found this shop by accident but so pleased I did. Was served by Lewis and Claire who gave me such wonderful service. Nothing was too much trouble. I'm not a local but they will be my go to place for the future.
