Sadly when we visited Celly’s, a member of staff was extremely rude to my mum and really upset her concerning her hair (given my mum having a condition which leads to hair loss, something she cannot help). The woman then washed her hair but refused to dry or brush it for her and told her to leave. I think this is unacceptable and has left my mum with no confidence at all, we will not be returning.

I have been here 10 times and each time my root colour has been excellent! All the staff are professional and friendly. Sandra in particular always does a brilliant job with my root colour and cut.The coffee is excellent!The manager is a lovely man and treats all the clients with care and respect.I would highly recommend this salon.

Very good branch of Cellys. Lovely staff and very clean salon. Dora washed my hair so well and loved the massage chair at the basins. Felt pampered and very well looked after. Thank you so much for your attentiveness and friendly approach. I would recommend this salon 100%. Big high 5 from me to Dora..X

Amazing salon! Great staff, so professional and friendly. Honestly, my hair has never looked better! I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

I went in to have a trim, I had my hair washed and trimmed the stylist was hard to understand I was there for 20 minutes and it cost £35 thought that was over priced, on the plus side I just walked in and was seen with in a few minutes.

Totally rubbish. I went to moisturize my hair, dry it and an uneducated English lady was the whole time talking about my hair with the others, who hated my hair color and complaining to me that my hair was bad to comb and that I had to moisturize it . I don't know if she noticed, but I went there precisely to moisturize and not so she could complain all the time. I'm not the one doing my hair to earn 50pounds, what saved it was the girl who dried it, she certainly wasn't English, the rude and disrespectful One star you don't deserve Englishwoman. Poor woman. Depends on customers' money to live and complains.

Have my hair cut here by Sarah.Lovely hairdresser, was very good with my poorly mum when I took her. Kind and considerate.Shops moved and been revamped looks great.
