My dog has recently started attending here. The girls seem to really care about the dogs. He is a shy and anxious dog and even after day 1 seems to be really settled in and they understand him and giving him time. He loves cuddles with the staff. I appreciated the feedback via email.to.say how he was doing.

The staff at Hanks are wonderful, very knowledgeable and I honestly don't think I could find anyone else who cares about my dog almost as much as I do!Every session my dog attends sees her coming home happy and ready for a good nap. She has learned how to socialise and play with other dogs and it has brought her confidence on leaps and bounds. Thanks Hanks Dog Club !! x

This is a great daycare with really good facilities and knowledgeable staff. My dog absolutely loves going and comes home exhausted. She can sometimes be a handful, but the staff know exactly what they are doing with her. Good opening/closing times too which fit in well around a 9-5 job.Thanks Hank!

Hanks have been absolutely amazing with our little pup, I can't keep off my phone to watch the Instagram updates. And the little postcards they sent throughout the day to check in with the dogs give great overview of how they have got on.I 100% trust Hanks Dog club to look after our little one and would recommend them to anyone!

Ashleigh did a fantastic job talking us through the process and was great on her approach to acclimatise our baby to the place and its members.Our puppy was gently introduced to new dogs and made friends there, we couldn't be happier.We are coming back for sure, Mochi came home happy and tired from a great day of play.

Excellent facility - the trainers are obviously experienced and thoughtful. The facilities are great with lots of stimulation for the dogs. The fact the registration process includes vet details and vaccination documents really speaks to the level of care and thoughtfulness they’ve put into the business as they open up. The things I’d like to see are a way to view the dogs while they are playing - maybe a remote camera - and an improved website. Really impressed overall!

Absolutely LOVE Hanks. The girls are all lovely. My little Doxie runs to the door to get in and play. Updates on an end of day report and Instagram videos and photos are such a lovely touch.

Amazing staff/daycare! My dog has been to several doggy daycare's and I've never met more of a caring team dedicated to your dogs needs. I feel very comfortable leaving my pup with this team and my dog always comes back happy! (I think it might be her favourite place now)

Fantastic service, always friendly and really knowledgeable about dog training.Our dog goes once a week for socialisation and fun. Great little business, we highly recommend it.
