Neil always does a great job big or small .

Neil went above and beyond when we had a split weld on a fuel tank that would have ruined our weekend. We discovered it after we'd already left home and he helped us get it repaired via a contact of his. He went out of his way to help us get a repair even booking a collect and collect for some materials we needed for the repair en-route. It would have been so easy for him to not have done this but we are very grateful he helped us out.

Neil was super helpful today , not only offering his services but putting me in touch with some one more local to me. Unfortunately they couldn't do the job, so Neil was on hand, he replied to my email promptly with an aluminium bracket I needed welding for my kawasaki asap after an accident last week. A time was agreed and he did it while I waited. Outstanding service and this close to Christmas. Thank you so much Neil. Will be in touch with the tank repair. Merry Christmas.

Phoned to enquire about a welding contract I need completing and a young child answered so I politely asked if I had the right number or if their parents were around and got no response so politely said I will call back later as I'm clearly speaking with a child.Received a phone call a minute later from an irate guy to tell me he was on the toilet having a sh.." and I had insulted his children definitely wasn't the case. Clearly just a case of crossed wires but not very professional to call me back up being rude and say I insulted his children when I absolutely did not. For that reason I will take my business elsewhere."
