Staff are useless, unhelpful with terrible attitudes towards customers huffing and puffing when asking for help.Also if Ashley is looking to bring people in store why are the prices cheaper on their website?Bad customer experience and won't be back!!!!!

Never order online! Ordered on the 26th feb next day delivery and 1st march still not here. You complain and they dont care. Swore years ago i would never buy online from them again - should have stuck to it. All i wanted was bloody hiking boots

Unhelpful in choice of walking boots. Returned a pair, but no refund. Not happy with credit note instead, manageress lacks customer skills, and empathy.

Staff in the shop ignore costumers. I needed walk around the shop to found person who check in system what size I'm looking for. There was a queue but no staff wasn't in the till. Their was to busy having a chat eachother and staying in the front door.After my suggestion that someone need go to the till ladie who served looked me likeI shouldn't tell her what to do". On my way back to the till all staff just laugh."
