Remortgaging with life policies made as easy as possible. Gone are the days where you have to see someone. This was done completely online or over the phone, not ideal for us but Matthew was attentive, professional, knowledgeable, helpful and patient.He listened!! Explored various options in a timely manner but didn't rush taking care to ensure we selected the right package and then virtually spoon fed us on the correct completion of all the documentation.Would definitely recommend and use Matthew Charnock again.
