We went to Beaumont Leys superstore to book our family holiday.Katie helped us sort out the hotel, rooms, transfers etc She was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble.Because we were a big group it was very complicated, as the age range was 2 to 77 years and all our needs were very different!Katie managed to find us a hotel that suited everyone, which was quite a challenge.We’ve booked additional holidays with Katie because she did such a great job with the first one.We can’t praise her enough. Thank you Katie :-)

Thank you Antoinette for helping us navigate the overwhelming florida hotel options, they all looked fabulous. But not having children we wanted a quieter location and she was able to find us just the spot. We went to TUI Holiday Superstore Leicester a few months ago to query about TUI wedding packages, Carla supported us with our queries and provided us with all the information we needed to go away and be prepared for what we we wanted when returning in November to book our wedding abroad.We arranged an appointment and yesterday we were surprisingly greeted by Carla who was going to be supporting us with booking our wedding which we were very pleased about! From start to finish Carla was absolutely fabulous, she completely put us at ease and made the process very smooth, Carla explained everything clearly and was super helpful.Thank you so much Carla, we look forward to your ongoing support whilst we await for our wedding day to arrive! ❤️

Lucy was a great help she was supportive and kind and very knowledgeable about cruising. We spent a long time looking through the cruises on offer with P&O and because of Lucy we went back and booked with her instead of online. Everything was made easy for us and Lucy is just fab!

Danielle has arranged not only my family holidays, but large group and special family holidays. She takes care of my parking, excursions and currency whilst giving me great value for money.
