Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Selby

Holly was absolutely brilliant, really helped us with our hire answering all our questions so it all went smoothly. Would highly recommend.

Rented a van on 2nd November to be collected at 12 (not in my name).Customer service was excellent and van was in pristine condition inside and out. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic car hire company to use. The staff are absolutely lovely. I was picked up to collect the car, and brought home after dropping the car off at the end of the rental at the branch. I was very impressed and will be using them again!

Hired a van to move furniture today - what a good experience. Easy to get set up and Sam was helpful and took care of the hiring. Upon return both Vic and Josh attended straight away, and proceeded my deposit straight away for me too. Very easy, hassle free and friendly. Will be using again.

we was loaned a car whilst our was car was in for repairs. Tom looked after us from Start to finish covering everything and other options should our car not of come back for our holidays. Excellent service thanks Tom

Needed a car hire due to my car being involved in an accident. My insurance company put me into Enterprise. Friendly phone staff who kindly confirmed that a car would be ready to meet me at the garage at 8am so I could get on my way to work.At 8:10, there was no sign of the car or a representative from Enterprise. After an initial call I was told someone would collect me within 5-10 minutes. 20 minutes passed & no one appeared. So I rang the office again who told me the car was on its way from York & they would be with me in 10-15 mins. So I waited!!! & waited. I then received a call from Enterprise to say they would be with me in 45 minutes!!This isn’t acceptable at all!! Not only was I over an hour late for work but I had to get a taxi to work which cost me £44. Now worrying if my hire car will turn up at all today & if I will get my money back for the taxi!!!I didn’t Receive any confirmation calls yesterday which I was worried about last night.If you do use this company I would suggest that you call the day before to confirm your booking & get something in writing to confirm what you have booked.
