Went in for coffee this morning and the waitress was so busy looking out of the window when she brought our order over that she knocked a whole jug of milk over me, she then brought me a dry paper towel! I had to ask for a wet cloth, I had to wipe the chair and floor myself as both waitresses we stood at the counter laughing together. Within 5 minutes my clothes stunk of sour milk. Definitely won't be going back

It is a disappointment that this venue has deteriorated recently.Hot meals have not always been hot. The zing has gone!Staff although very pleasant seem to be disorganised and lack direction.Well as to toilets, need I say moreA manager to oversee would bring things back to making this place special again. Suggest that staff be in some sort of uniform rather than casual dress

Always love the atmosphere here. There is a feeling of space, of it being airy. I had a wrap today which was delicious as were the crisps. Friendly, helpful staff. And the music. Only came on after I'd been there a bit but who can complain at the Beatles and the Kinks. Great stuff.

I am just passing through Bromsgrove so I have 0 knowledge about where is good to eat/drink so I asked a local where I could find a nice Coffee location which isn't Costa or Starbucks and this place was recommended very highly so I thought I should check it out. I decided to try one of the Cakes since they looked very nice, Biscoff if i am not mistaken and it was absolutely disgusting. The ingredients tasted cheap. I'm not sure if they are freshly baked instore or if they are purchased online and delivered but if that is so you need a new supplier. Other than that the place was lovely, decent atmosphere, kind staff. They were really polite. Despite the cake being the worst thing that has entered my mouth in a while I give the whole experience a 2/5. Yes the cake was that bad and there is definitely room for improvement (or a new supplier). I may give this place another go if I am ever passing by again, I will just avoid any cake next time.

Booked an afternoon tea on Easter Saturday, half normal, half gluten free. Staff were excellent and food was delicious, which sometimes is not the case. best gluten free scones I have had in a long time. Service was also excellent. Thank you :-)

I was given a cream tea experience to use and booked with 60 degrees as its fairly local. It was absolutely beautiful. My daughter and I chose Americano coffees as our drink and these were bottomless. We were then given a choice of 3 sandwich fillings and asked if we had any allergies( which we don't).We were offered a choice of bread from which we chose granary. All the sandwiches were made fresh to order and were delicious. We also had crisps.Next was 3 little cakes and 2 scones with Jam & cream each. All again were fresh & delicious.Staff were lovely and we we felt very relaxed. All in all highly recommended.!!

This could be lovely. Stopped for lunch with friends and kids as the town was busy, and they had space. The food was good.Issues with the front of house staff who seemed more interested in their mobile phones. The tables were small and sticky with a design fault that leaves a gap down the middle to trap food that clearly no one thinks to clean. Then the toilet, of which they're is one, which was just shabby and had a broken baby change table that looks like to keep it up has been tied with a load of shoelaces?
