Mayfair Chocolate Ecstasy Tour

We loved our tour! Our guide was extremely knowledgeable about chocolate, and also taught us some fun and funky things about London. (I think it was Natasha - I waited too long to write this, and now can't recall for sure) We learned how chocolate is produced, which was very interesting. We also learned how to evaluate chocolate quality based on ingredients, appearance, etc., which has helped me buy better stuff for myself and as gifts ever since.The tour was a gift from my husband, and was one of my favorite gifts I've ever received. What could be better than a day of eating some of the best chocolates in the world, while learning all about them!

Had an amazing tour with Natasha on Saturday 2nd of December! Learnt so much about the process of making chocolate and then got to taste the most amazing types and flavours of chocoate! Mind was literally blown. I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone with a love of chocolate or even just someone who wants to try doing something different. We even got to learn a few cultural and historical bits and pieces about where we were in London which was fascinating. All in all, a fantastic experience with a lovely and knowledgeable lady to boot. Don’t miss out.

Jen offered my family an amazing tour. We started out with a seated hot chocolate and learning a little history of chocolate, how it is grown, harvested and manufactured. Jen is very knowledgeable and actually serves on committees that judge and rate chocolates from all over the world. Throughout our tour we tried many chocolates, pastries, ice creams, etc.... and all were fantastic. She interacted very well with our two kids while being able to keep everyone engaged in the history of the areas we visited. We recommend her tour to anyone with a sweet tooth!!

A truly excellent tour - couldn't have asked for better. Jen was incredibly knowledgeable and she made sure we left the tour full to the brim with chocolate. A must do for chocolate lovers!

Loved this tour! What Jen doesn’t know about chocolate isn’t worth knowing. I discovered places on the tour I didn’t know existed too and as a Londoner I was pleasantly surprised at all the little random facts that Jen went through as we walked!

What a lovely way to spend 3 hours. We had a perfectly sized group - four adults and two 10 y.o. boys. Our guide, Natasha, was funny, informative, and genuinely interested in each of us. We toured four different chocolate shops and had several samples at each. As we walked Natasha pointed out interesting architectural details or other historical London information. The tour was a good combination of walking, standing, and sitting. If you are a chocolate lover don't miss this tour! If you are not a chocolate lover, take this tour and see if you feel differently at the end.

We can't recommend this tour highly enough. I had absolutely no idea how much there was to learn about chocolate! The tour includes visits to some truly exceptional chocolate shops, significant both for their product and cultural impact. Louise was a knowledgeable and enthusiastic guide and it was a pleasure to spend so much time in her company. Alongside lessons in chocolate, Louise shared interesting details about the areas of London we walked through, and was a generous and funny host. Needless to say, we were treated to some absolutely delicious chocolates, well worth the price of the tour alone. Many thanks to Jen for organising our trip.

I had the pleasure of experiencing the chocolate tour and it was a truly great afternoon. We learnt about the history of chocolate and chocolate-making, before embarking on a tour of chocolate shops around London and trying delicious treats. It is clear that Jen is passionate about chocolate and it shows in the way she delivers a wonderful and unique experience. Jen is very friendly, funny and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend!

I'm a native Londoner but I don't know all the chocolate spots (how?) and wanted to learn more. I really enjoyed this tour despite the pouring rain. We visited a variety of places and were able to try a huge range of chocolate. Natasha was such a good guide, with a huge amount of knowledge about chocolate and more generally about London (some new facts for me despite living here), all communicated very well. I will be going back to some of the places we visited - I think I was all chocolated out by the end which is saying a lot for me! Natasha caters for 'dark chocolate all the way' types like me but also for those who prefer milk and white chocolate, so don't assume you'll be forced to eat dark the whole way. I also have some rather weird allergies which were well catered for (I couldn't eat the rose and violet chocolates) so delicious alternatives were arranged - Jennifer and Natasha were very helpful before and during the tour.

Such a great way to spend a day in London, tasting and discovering treats, discovering new things about the city, new food locations and meeting new people.
