This company was recommended, I traveled to the shop to purchase a car key. The staff was very pleasant , took my registration said would ring me. No one called ,returned after weekend to be told the same, will telephone. Nothing happened.

I called for help just before 22.00 tonight (6/06/23) as this service is advertised as 24/7 within 15 min call out. I was desperate for help with my daughter and her friend locked in her bedroom on a 1st floor (due to a faulty handle). I was told ‘it’s a bit late and no one available in Chorley area, sorry’.Fortunately we were able to get them through the window down the ladder safely. Door is still locked though!If this is not 24/7 service it should not be advertised as such!

Fantastic customer service from both James and David. I lost my Citroen key and they did everything they could to help me sort it out, which was incredibly stressful as the keys are a nightmare to replace. Refreshing to come across a company that genuinely want to help people. And the prices are great, too. Will definitely be using them in the future.
