Cooley's

I've used this garage for the last few years. The staff are always helpful and aim to get jobs done as efficiently and to the highest standard they can. Courtesy cars are available if necessary so you won't be stuck without a vehicle. The staff have also helped me out of a couple of tight spots over the years when I've just rocked up with an issue rather than booking in. Obviously, it's not fair to drop a big job on them but they'll accommodate as much as they are able.

Great job of a service and MOT on our car and only completed work that actually needed to be done which kept the cost down. Very friendly and helpful, thanks again Cooley's.

Good service, good work done on our cars for various. Nothing but positives

With 160 miles left to drive home my front brake started making a terrible noise. I pulled over and used my phone to find the nearest garage which happened to be Cooleys. Despite them being booked up and on lunch they were nothing but helpful and one gentleman sacrificed his lunch break to repair my issue with great humour and an extremely fair price. Honestly so grateful and impressed with them today, thank you.

After having my car all day and me supplying parts for suspension replacement they didn’t bother putting the replacement wheel splash guards on after stripping out all the front suspension they had it all there I asked them to fit and they didn’t even bother Im not a mechanic but it’s obvious they could have been done while the wheels and suspension were off…. Overall only 2 of the 6 bits I requested doing got done so I have to take somewhere else now…. Disappointing to say the least

Needed a urgent tyre change as I'm over 100 miles away from home . Got told too busy ... Won't be going to these again

Used this garage while on holiday at Tattershall lakes. Unfortunately we suffered a tyre blow out and needed a new one. A quick google search came up with this garage. Victoria on the phone couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. AA recovered us to the garage. Victoria sourced a tyre for us and was fitted the very next morning and even picked me up so could collect car… highly recommend… many thanks

Unnecessary charges for scans already provided.Invoice says the vehicle was road tested but I left with a service light on the dash due to a engine code, which sets off the engine light again. Same code as before so clearly not tested.Trying to book me in for another check so I can be charged again for something I've already paid for, no thanks.

Friendly staff and accommodating. I believe they're family run, if not they give that impression. Always greeted with a smile.I have used this place for many years even though they're not my local garage. I have lots of trust in their technicians. They offer sound advice about services and replacement parts, and often have advised me not to worry about changing parts if they don't need changing.Not the cheapest place, but definitely not a rip off. The only issue I have ever had was resolved within 15-20 minutes of me raising a concern with them, with no kickback or attitude from anyone. They want to help out, at least that's been my experiences.I always recommend Cooley's and will continue to do so. 5*
