Excellent service. Very helpful. We have been looking for an outside light for under our carport. Really pleased with our purchase. Its worth going to have a look. A variety of ceiling ,wall and outdoor lighting.

Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Went in 10 minutes before closing time and bought a LED ceiling light, reduced to £10. Downstairs toilet is very bright now! They gave me web pages on other products that they sell, so that I can look at home at leisure.

Went to gen-lec for some advice a few weeks ago and they were super helpful. Went back today to buy some bits and not only did we get the exact ones we wanted, they were better quality and cheaper than the other shops we visited with similar products (like B&Q and Dunelm).Well worth a visit - I'll go to gen-lec first next time

Went in.looking for a particular light. They sourced it and and ordered it for me. Good polite service. Although there are products on display they are only a fraction of what can be ordered. There are plenty of books to browse through to find what you're looking for. Definitely would use again. Competively priced too.
