The Range has a good selection of art materials which is why I visited on this occasion. I did find what I wanted and found the staff to be helpful and friendly

The stuff was nice. Cafe only had one poor lad running around like a headless chicken serving everyone. The queues were packed, and there's no form of exit for people who aren't purchasing anything. I had to walk (with a puschair) to the entrance and wait for someone to let me out through the automatic doors, which, all things considered, is a bit of a fire hazard!

Not a shop to be trusted. Priced 24 pack Tango up at £7. Got home realised they had charged £8.75. went back with reciept and they called me a liar! They didn't even bother to check if there were any promotions on at that date. Luckily I went back home and found my motorcycle helmet dash cam video and printed it as evidence. Went back and they refunded me. No compensation for my wasted time or fuel. Really poor store.

Love the Range, always have. On a recent visit to the kidderminster branch we decided to have a bite for lunch so went upstairs to the Cafe. We noticed a pigeon jumping about on some piping close to the roof, we were horrified to see a huge amount of dust on the piping and girders directly above the servery, had the pigeon settled up there it would have sent a shower of all sorts down on the servery ! Clean up operation and regular cleaning needed please.

Great shop, we go Christmas shopping here every year. The only downside is you only get 3 hours free parking and there is no way you can do all the shops on the retail park in 3 hours! So we park in the swan centre multi and walk over.

Massive store, stocks pretty much everything. However layout is abit all over the place. Hard to actually find what you are looking for.

Huge range of stuff. Good prices. I've been to a few. This on is on two floors and has a cafe. Not the out fluid to walk round ie aisles tend not to line up or have a pattern to walk round to easily cover the whole store. You know of have to plan your route.

Absolutely huge place, only went for 1 quick item, didn't stay that long so cannot comment properly. Oh and it has an upstairs area with a Cafe.
