Krafting Kalm
What a perfect day and way to take a break from all the hurly burly of daily life! From the first moment of welcome to the final farewell everything was an engaging treat and experience to enjoy and learn from. Lunch demonstrated how healthy food can both look and taste delicious. I would never have thought of using balloons to create pansy paintings or known how to use deep breathing techniques to relax without the guidance, warmth and enthusiasm of the Krafting Kalm team. Thank you both - a most memorable day.

Amazing day all round. Made to feel so welcome by Nicky and Debbie.Wonderful setting. The lunch was amazing, I had to get the recipe from them for the soup and the amazing sauce and also the biscuits! Nickys painting session took me to another zone and I spent 4 hours thinking of nothing else but where I was going to put my next drop of paint. I didn't look at my phone once. In the afternoon, I did yoga for the first time and Debbie tailored it to all levels of ability. She showed me how to do yoga for my limited mobility. I use her mindfulness techniques to aid my sleep now. Fabulous value for money. I can honestly say that my life has been enriched and you can't put a price on that.

Krafting Kalm
What a wonderful day. Made to feel so welcomed and relaxed. The setting was beautiful, even in the drizzle! Was a tad apprehensive about doing the yoga as I am a larger lady of a certain age. But after the session with Debbie, I was able to sit crossed legged on the ground. Hadn’t been able to do that for years. The food was just right and very delicious. Nicola is a wonderful artist who made painting so simple but beautiful. Its a testament to the day that I am still doing the few simple yoga moves at work and have a new found love of painting as a way of de-stressing. Definitely worth doing again
