Joy and Josie were fantastic, I came in on short notice to buy a shirt for the same evening, and they both did their best to make sure I had a tailored, ready to wear shirt by the time they close. Brilliant customer service, will definitely be recommending and visiting in the future.

So, first off I must confess to being what retailers would class as a nightmare customer. Saturday morning, unannounced, myself and my best man turn up to be suited for my wedding. Biggest issue: we needed them that day and couldn't come back as both lived far away.The staff were fantastic!Patient with us, helpful and gave great advice and we left we two suits and a big weight off my mind.Would recommend it to anyone in need of a suit, to rent or to buy

Brilliant ! Wanted a suit for Royal Ascot and all the staff here couldn't do enough for you. Suit sorted in a matter of minutes with the boss and picked up a few days later all adjusted and tailored. One of the few class mens clothing shops still around. You want something different and elegant, this is the place. Thanks to all

Terrific experience. Really helpful staff - knowledgeable and funny - my new style gurus! Great range of everything we needed to kit out my son and I for my daughter’s wedding. Fantastic service hiring a suit! I'm 6ft 5 with very long arms. I'd tried other shops in town with no luck. Armstrong had the best range of product they didn't get interrupted by other calls or customers while fitting me (like other tailors in Worcester) Found a perfect fitting suit for my unusual body type. Highly recommend coming here!

Unannounced visit. Excellent service with good honest guidance. No pushy sales. The result was that I purchased a suit with a waistcoat, as well as 2 ties, 2 shirts, and a pair of shoes. Oh, and braces! Outstanding. Thank you. Will certainly use you again. Lovely shop with a fantastic range of clothing and accessories. In a world of 'same old' - it's a shop worth a visit.
