Placed an order for insulation. Didn't receive a confirmation email, so followed up with their customer services, who assured me it would be delivered on the arranged date. A few days later they cancelled the order. Very disappointing and inconvenient. Would not recommend.

I ordered timber for a garden (DIY) decking project from Materials Market, mainly because they quoted the best prices I could find on the internet.I ordered online, picked a delivery date and received an acknowledgement.After a couple of days, I gave Materials Market a call to see if my order would be delivered. Alex took my call. He was friendly, personable and assured me he would look into it.I spoke to him the next day, when he told me he would do everything he could to get the timber to me on my preferred delivery date.I took delivery of all my timber this morning (the date I had selected).Alex went above and beyond to get my order sorted.I'll definitely be using Materials Market again and will recommend them, not only for their prices, but also for their fantastic customer service.A+

Don’t buy from them. I ordered a ballet of Universal Bonding Compound and they delivered totally different product (Plasterboard adhesive) which caused me to lose about £600. I made a complaint and they ignored it. Not recommended at all

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!Purchased £600 worth of PIR insulation Boards. Received today only to find 3 boards were heavily damaged, Tears down the sides with chunks missing from the corners. Many of the boards were discoloured yellowy colour and were soaking wet. No doubt they have been stored outside and been exposed to the elements. Requested a refund for the 3 damaged boards they refused. Offered a £20 refund! Absolute joke ! Shocking company !! BUYERS BE AWARE !Also it should be Noted this Company operate as Dropshipers meaning they dont actually hold any inventory them selfs. You place an order with them they then pass that order on to a 3rd party who delivers to you. Probably why you end up with defective goods as they have no way of ensuring quality control.

Bought some sturdy fence panels and was able to collect from a branch later that day. Price was very competitive.

Very impressed. OSB and 3x2 treated timber delivered in 2 days (East Midlands area). At a fraction of the cost of the same products offered by the company that actually delivered it.

Placed an order, 2 days later we get an email stating they can't meet our order or delivery dates that they specified on the website when placing order. Spoke to someone on the phone that said they would call back within the hour and 24hrs later still no phone call. Would not recommend using then

one star is too much. I spend I took day off and spend at home to wait for delivery, then I call to them after 4pm delivery (deadline) I have informations my item can be delivered next week, absolutely joke waste of time and money if they refund any.

Very unprofessional business, Placed an order 8 days ago, for a delivery today, just had an email saying, We're very sorry

As a typical British person, we only really go out of our way to leave a bad review, but this one definitely deserves a good review. Wonderful service, very competitive prices, but above all... The chap on the phone called Ben. An absolute credit to the business and sets the benchmark for the front of ANY business. Very informative, kind, sticks to his word, and just generally cares. Keep up the good work guys ⚒ and look after Ben!!
