Today’s seminar on martial arts weapons such a great experience. I’m a complete novice and the instructors today gave clear instruction on how to use nunchaku safely, and have fun so that everyone could graduate. So glad I did it.

Absolutely amazing place. Doesn't matter if you just want to loose a few kg or you want to achieve black belt in karate or kickboxing, this is the place to go. Great and helpful instructors and loads of friendly fellow students.
