Bucks Barbers - Hackney Wick

In my recent visit at Bucks Barbers I was fairly impressed with the service and atmosphere of the shop. Their pricing strategy is simple and personally like the ‘walk-in’ service they provide.I also like their website they have. It shows pictures of each barbers and their names which gave me confidence of who I might meet when I was to visit the shop.Both barber shops have some issues with parking availability is it’s not as easy if you was to travel by car.I paid for a ‘wash&cut’ although the wash came mid-way through the cut. This was only done to make the barbers cut better rather then being an actual service. Something I definitely notice and didn’t like. The lady barber is fairly new at bucks but although she had decent conversation, she was a little all over the place. The cut itself wasn’t great but it wasn’t terrible either.Not worth £28 for sure. The wash was reluctantly done, blend wasn’t great, lady barber conversation felt lost of what we was talking about majority of the time.Would only go again if I was desperate.

The best barbershop I have ever been to! The team are so professional, accommodating and make the experience enjoyable for you. I’ve had Leo cut my hair in the past and he never fails to impress me… I have only ever had amazing experiences with him and he has a client for life! But the WHOLE TEAM are brilliant and the atmosphere is just on point!!

Have been getting my hair cut at Bucks since 2013 and the entire team at the Hackney Wick shop always deliver the freshest fade in London.Great atmosphere, free beer, slick cuts and always good chat when getting your hair cut.Shout out to Sarah for my most recent cut but Zibby, Rhys and the rest of the gang always offer a warm welcome and understand exactly what it is you want.Thanks guys!

I'm a regular at bucks barbers. The staff are all really friendly and make me feel welcome each and every visit. I regularly get my hair cut by either Leo or Sarah and am always extremely happy with the result. However I have had my haircut by all the staff in the business and they all perform the job to a great standard. Would very much recommend.

Been going to Bucks for a while now, and it's remained #1 for me since. All lovely people, but Leo's my go to. Great trim, top guy and just a great overall service and atmosphere in the shop.I also used to go Norwich for a cut, cause I never trusted anyone, that has long changed and Leo's forever my go to now!Complimentary beer (or mulled wine at Xmas) tops it off as well!

I LOVE Bucks, it’s an absolute pleasure going in for a trim.From all the staff to the music and of course the beer you get with your cut.But most of all for myself personally, ever since I moved to London four years ago, Leo has cut my hair and I have never felt more comfortable and trusting in my barber.He always does the sharpest cuts and the conversation/banter is always top draw.Couldn’t recommend my good friend any more!X

Bucks in Hackney Wick has been my go to for over 3 years. I’m a regular after having had consistently great haircuts from their barbers, specifically Zibby and occasionally when he’s unavailable I’ve had a great cut from Sarah. Before their Hackney Wick branch opened Zibby was cutting my hair in their Shoreditch branch for almost 6 years and I can honestly say I’ve never walked away unhappy. Sometimes It’s hard to distinguish if I’m going there for the great haircut or the great chat… maybe it’s a bit of both.That aside, their staff are all welcoming, their shops are cleaned the price is very reasonable and when you fancy it you’ll be given a free beer.All of the above is a lot more than you can say for almost all the other barbershops in east London - and their usually double the price!

Been coming for the last 3-4 years and Bucks is by far the best barbershop in London. Top quality cuts and great staff. Sad that I’m no longer living in East London and that I’m going to have to find another barbers! Thanks guys!

Great haircuts with great atmosphere and chat, special shout out to my man Zibby for being in a league of his own. Best barbers in HW and it ain’t even close!
