As a long-term EE member and as this being my local branch, I had no issues whatsoever in the past. However, when I walked in today I was simply astounded by the lack of customer service and product/service knowledge. A simple hi what can I help you with today" would have been sufficient but instead I was greeted with a stare followed by a greeting which basically implied "yeah why are you here". After explaining why I was there the lady who was taking care of me was clueless and gave zero effort. Even the manager seemed disinterested. I eventually left and went to the Eltham EE branch and the service there was amazing

Did all my research online, came in and said exactly what I wanted, guy knew less than me and acted like I was in the wrong. Pointed out to him that the literal EE website proved me right and he still did nothing.

I was very happy with the service I received today. Got myself a GalaxyZ flip today along with a Samsung Galaxy Watch5. Can't confirm the salesperson name because I can't remember it, apologies if you're reading this but thanks for the great offer on the items dude!Been with EE for forever now, still the best mobile phone network in UK

I was using EE for about 6 years on pay as you go before I came here a few weeks ago and decided to go on a plan which is much more affordable. I got the unlimited data, unlimited speed plan for about 33£ and I got a 30% royalty discount which even the staff weren't aware of, you basically get rewarded for being on EE for as long as I have : ) staff very nice and friendly, I even took my mom here aswell to get her to upgrade her plan.

I went into EE with a roaming enquiry. The assistant asked me why I called in and then started assisting a colleague with another customer. If this store wants business then staff training is imperative. Needless to say after being treated as an afterthought and ignored, I left. I will take my business where it will be appreciated.I have been an EE customer for many years and feel let down big-time.

At no point in three years had this store informed me about an active contract when I was under the impression it was cancelled. Over £500 was taken from me unnecessarily and when my phone had been stolen, they didn’t inform me of any other options except for adding another contract. I’ve got no compensation and I was blamed for their negligence.
