This company has the highest standards in all areas. Fantastic advice during the consultation (Paul was the perfect, non-pushy and knowledgeable consultant), a professional discussion throughout the survey visit (Terry took me through everything and reassured about the fitting), and faultless work during the fitting (Michael and Marcello, a dream team!). I needed to send documents to the management of my building and SJB were instantly able to supply these and highlight the quality of their work and their impeccable customer service. Michael and Marcello, who fitted the windows, were exceptional. Lovely, personable guys with a great sense of humour, but extremely diligent and incredibly hard working. The quality of their workmanship from the fitting, carpentry and masonry was outstanding. Post window fitting, I had a few questions and these were all answered swiftly and professionally by Jake, and resolved efficiently by Michael and Marcello. I met many window companies before choosing SJB and it came down to the fact that they oozed quality, had fantastic customer service and clearly understood my specific requirements. I am very fussy and have a forensic eye and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending SJB! Look no further!

SJB were throughly professional from start to finish. From the sales team, who arrived promptly to the site surveyor and the final installation team everyone made the whole process go without a hitch. Combine that with the excellent quality of the sash windows I could not recommend them more highly.

I've chosen SJB to do three large full window replacements and one window repair. My experience with SJB was fantastic from start to finish. I am particularly impressed by their outstanding workmanship and the windows look stunning. The consultation was in-depth with many options, the office was very responsive and courteous and the installers were efficient and very tidy. We have just had 5 new sash windows installed by SJB Windows. Very happy with the process from start to finish. All staff we dealt (sales person, surveyor, admin and installers) with were friendly and professional. Communication was excellent throughout and the work was carried out on the agreed dates and to a high standard. Very happy with the results and would highly recommend them.

Compared to other companies [local and national] he was by far the most knowledgeable and thorough.Jacek did a great job of fitting them and was tidy, friendly and on time every day - Even though it was snowing!The windows themselves look absolutely perfect. An outstanding experience from start to finish. Measuring up and specification process was great. And any queries were handled politely and promptly by the office. And the fitting couldn’t have been better. Jon and Joby arrived promptly every day, made sure everything was protected and then cleared up afterwards at the end of the day. They were friendly and courteous, making sure we knew the status and plans.We had 9 windows and 2 doors, so not a small job. The windows and doors themselves are of very high quality and the fitting is faultless including plastering where required so all we have to do is some decorating to make it all good.Couldn’t recommend enough!

Absolutely excellent!I had my two front windows replaced with double glazed sash a few months ago, having gathered a number of quotes from different companies. Out of all these companies, I was most impressed with SJB. Paul, who came to assess the windows, took time to explain everything to me (going above and beyond other companies I had to visit). And Terry came to measure up the windows, again, answering my (many!) questions.Jake in the office was incredibly friendly, helpful and always quick to respond to queries.George and Blago, who came to install my windows, where very clean, tidy, respectful and friendly. They made a truly excellent job and went above and beyond what I expected. Several friends and neighbours have complimented the windows and I couldn't be more pleased.I would absolutely recommend SJB - a real pleasure from start to finish.
