I went to buy a beef shin today and asked the piece of meat that I wanted and shopkeeper did not give me that one but offered me the piece of meat that was not looking fresh and told me if he give the one i am asking it would move his display that i could not understand at all. He refuse to give me and me go although i said to him about this bad customer services.i would avoid in the future.

It is really amazing experience, you always find what you are looking for ,the guys over there are really nice ,patient and helpful. Meat and poultry are of good quality ,halal and freshYou will find different types of meat overthere but I am not pretty sure if the price is the same as the surrounding local shops or slightly higher but the quality is excellent and that is what mattersSometimes you may find it difficult to find ducks or turkeys as they are not always availableJust make sure to get you receipt before you leave as some sellers in there forget to do so ,so always ask for it just for yourselfThey have thr option of payment by card and cashI think I can rate the hygienic status and following the governmental guidelines 4 out 5 ,they are careful of wearing gloves and masks but some of them may forgetAnd some customers may break the rule of 2 buyers at each time but not alwaysOverallIt is a good experience keep up guys

Public be aware this butchers are dishonest. I ordered a whole sheep it’s Wait was 24 1/2 kg after when the butcher put it in bags I got Suspicious, I asked them to wait it was only 16 1/2 kg. This butcher Is a dishonest person I question if the meat in this shop is halal. Stay away from these dishonest people.

First time shopping for halal meat in luton and went here because it looked the cleanest from outside, went inside and waited for 15 mins, while waiting i smelled a foul smell and saw meat being thrown into trash. Then i was approached by a very rude butcher telling me that he will not serve me, so first and last time to enter this place.

Visted this shop many times and found one of the most clean meat shop in Luton. Prices are quite low relatively.

I am a regular customer, and shop about 4 or 4 times a week at this butchers for the food offers they have. Today I was disgusted by one of there staff don't know of he is a staff or the owner. I had made my order, I then was confuse of the price. I had then called home as we always buy from them. I have asked the butcher that's fine, I will have this. I also at this time said I want another item as well. After this he had served 2 new people without serving me and when he wanted to serve the third person I interrupted and said how comes your not serving me. He then said you have not made your decision. I became very upset and debated about my order and decision but he would not agree with me. Both became tempered and then said he would not serve me. Made me walk out of the shop in front of so many people, without serving me. No Eid meat or chicken for my family rhis year thanks to an arrogant butcher who does not have any customer skills. I was not abusive I debated in what he had done and he did not like it. That's the power of a butcher. This was pooring from the butcher.
