I got the toothpaste I wanted here, but I had to register as a member to get the best price. It's a reasonable sized store though with a good range of products.

Last time I’ve visited,being in the shop only about 2 /3 minutes choosing some make up for my daughter’s birthday(already had 2 products in my hand) a shopping assistant came asking if I needed assistance (which I declined) and immediately asked us to not linger because there was already a queue outside .Bear in mind there was already a few ladies there that entered before us and were still at the beginning of the shop,no advancing at all! and no words were said to them. We were almost finishing .This is not the first time that the customer service is so so poor and I’ve felt so unwelcome. I never feel at ease at this shop,so I will not return.Plenty more shops with nice and polite staff and there’s always shops online too( not Superdrug though,not anymore!)

Usually my experience with this superdrug is okay. Today I came into the shop and the shop assistant at the door didn't say hi when I walked in. As i was browsing, I noticed she said goodbye to other customers when they left(all of whom were Caucasian). After I paid for my items and was ready to leave, I could see the same shop assistant straight up staring at me. I wasn't sure if she was staring at me because of my race. She continued to stare at me until I left the shop and didn't say goodbye like she did with the other customers. The whole ordeal was awkward and uncomfortable.

I was walking around the shop and was being followed I sarcastically said out loud i love being followed around the shop" in hope they would leave me to shop in peace as i felt really uncomfortable then the staff member said "leave then" in a rude tone. so i left
