A normal Costa coffee but WORST staff experience!!! Super unfriendly and rude! They shouldn’t work there. It makes Costa coffee look bad. Since we arrived they replied to our request very rude. We wanted to use the toilet, they didn’t let me in and I witnessed 2 other customers go inside but when I asked if i could go in they would say no. When I confronted them, they didn’t answer why they let the other customers inside and not me, they were super rude and screaming.

Small macchiato was nice but cost me £2.50 for what’s effectively a drop. Staff were a little grumpy.

I ordered my usual Americano and also a almond milk decaf latte. Both very nice. I only gave 3 stars, as the interaction with the customers was lacking. No upselling , no promoting the 50% off food as this was Wednesday and no connection to any customer in the store while I was there. I assume in this environment (pandemic) customers would enjoy the niceties of how are you? Enjoy your coffee? Do you know about our 50% off. Suggestive selling like ..Have you tried our ..... etcThis would have then been a 5 star! But the coffee was fine!

I like this Costa because it is clean, it has a bright and airy feel to it. A good atmosphere. The staff seem to be efficient and there are a few seats outside for the smokers. They always seem to have a good selection of cakes and food, and the coffee is nice and hot.

The coffee prices have gone up considerably. Just two staff, no queuing system, dirty trays everywhere and the toilets were dirty with no toilet paper. Get your act together Costa.

Small cafe, good for a quick stop. Staff are friendly but the manager is a bit loud, mostly due to his drive to be quick and efficient. Usual selection of passable offerings that aren’t anything to write home about but no complaints either. I was in at 7.00am for about half an hour. Everything was clean and ready for the day.Fully accessible throughout, including the loo with a flat surface from the pavement.

Tasteless late. Place looks and feels dirty. Tray is stained. Spoon is not clean or has stains. Service is below average. Plate where they served the toast looks bad, as in old and again, with stains. No wifi. Make yourself a favor and get coffee on one of the multiple coffee places just next to this one. There is even a place called coffee geeks that I knew i had to go in. Would not come back here

I came. I bought a coffee and a sandwich. My mother too. Still she was denied bathroom under the false statement that it was out of service. I had just left the bathroom myself and knew it was ok. I said that and manager sair it had no paper. That if she had paper we could go. Well, she had it. And when she went in, there was paper inside… Do it yourself a favor and look for the closest Pret.
