Delivery of my Platinum television was quick and efficient and product was well packaged. Instructions to set up were easy to follow which hasn’t always been the case with other TV brands. It didn’t take long to set up the SMART element of the TV and once in, I then signed in to Netflix and downloaded Amazon Prime. All my viewing in one place. What can I say.....I’m a TV fanatic!! The sound quality is superb. I would definitely recommend this product and as an added bonus, it’s British!!

Absolutely disgusting the service brand new tv doesn’t work and been told it needs repairing. All the tv’s I’ve bought never ever had to get a brand new tv repaired. Customer service was disgusting. I’m disabled paralysed down one side n she told well tell someone else to sort it. Not dropping it taking it to ombudsman.
