Appreciate a delay but to have waited 2 hours for breakfast because of a 3 car pile up - no communication to apologies for the delay no nothing. Not even a sorry it’s taken so long. Will not be ordering again.Customer Service is key.Ended up cancelling my order.

Placed a order on just eat , 2 hours wait and food never showed up !! Tried calling no answer then phone was off, I will personally be going down tomorrow morning to get a full refund !! I wish I looked at the reviews beofre I ordered!! Dont waste your time at this place ! Awful should be shut down

Ordered a sausage and egg sandwich and a breakfast box at 12.15, (hoping for a hangover cure) called the cafe at 13.20 to see where it was and was told ‘it’s just left’The second time I called - 13.40 - the woman that answered basically called me a liar and said that I hadn’t called previously and then another woman said ‘it’s just left’I called again at 14.00, at this point I’m starving and practically deceased and should have just gone and brought the stuff and cooked the food myself and risked burning my house down.When the food eventually arrived it was cold, soggy and inedible and missing the coffees,Horrendous,Need a pint to calm down

ordered sandwiches for work, within half hour delivered and was amazing, absolutely massive!! fab start to our working dayThanks feathers cafe and Jay for delivering :-)

Absolutely shocking service.Waited 2 hours for an delivery, I understand a wait if they’re busy but 2 hours is terrible.I rang up to find out what was happening and was told they were still waiting for the driver to come back.I was told there was 10 orders infront of ours and that’s why we had to wait.I said I understand waiting for an order if you’re busy but maybe if it’s a 2 hour wait to reject the order if they feel over whelmed.I was told “don’t be coming rude at me over the phone, I’m just going to cancel your order”She hung up and then cancelled the order through the app we ordered.I understand the wait time etc but to ring to find out what was going on and being spoken to like that, had the phone put down on me and then cancel the order on us anyway is appalling service.

Delivery took a while but was within time. The food itself was what I can describe as proper. If you want a simple dirty, hot sandwich or breakfast with egg yolk dripping all over the job(as it should) then get in here or order. It was lovely. Proper cooked bacon and sausage. The only negative is if you order on JustEat, there isn't an option for sauce. But thats it. Dig in.

Ordered very nice omelette and chilli. Delivery a while but we’ll worth the wait when they busy :) delivery driver also very friendly

After waiting 2 hours for a delivery the driver was a nice chap. But got my order mixed up. When the food got here the has browns was soggy and it wasn't pipping hot won't be ordering from there again.

I placed an order at 10:52am for breakfast for me and my partner the Order arrived at 1:20 pm that’s just over two hours for a small order . Utterly outrageous . The women then turnt the phone off when she couldn’t be bothered to speak to me anymore.When the food did arrive in the afternoon it was cold and greasy like it had been sitting there the whole time.The coffee wasSpilt everywhere and when I requested a refund the restaurant denied it as we still received it .. two hours later .This is disgusting behaviour and I will take this to the papers and ruin the cafes reputation. Goodluck getting any customers
