Great equipment and atmosphere. Nice community feel. Happy to make the journey from MK as it is hands down better than any gym there imo.

Amazing gym with great members!Having trained at this gym for nearly a year now I can see lots has changed which shows that the management really care about constantly improving the gym.It's also really good to see that whenever equipment needs fixing it's always done quickly and it's not left broken for months which was a problem at my previous gym.All the members and staff are really friendly and are always up for a chat.Great gym would recommend to anyone!

I’ve been a member at Gainz for around 18 months now. I’ve trained at most gyms in and around Bedford and no gym compares to Gainz.- The equipment is the best you’ll find anywhere (and constantly upgrading)- Atmosphere/ vibe in the gym is incredible and extremely motivating- People always happy to help (motivate/ spot, advice etc)- Staff are very welcoming- Excellent variety of supplements/ protein shakes/ snacks- Open 24/7Highly recommend the gym for anyone who wants to better themselves!

I've been training at Gainz for 3 years now and I'm always impressed with how good it is and how it continues to get better.The team have done a great job with the gym, there lots of social events now and are always making improvements to make it better for the membersThe atmosphere and the facilities are great, everyone is really friendly and it has all the equipment I need for powerlifting. The gym is also kept tidy and everyone is respectful of the kit.I'd absolutely recommend it to everyone!.

Joined Gainz 2 years ago and can never see myself leaving. It has amazing equipment that is looked after and lovely people who work there! Alex who owns the gym is really nice and really takes care of the gym. Everyone is like a family. Definitely recommend if you’re thinking of joining a new gym!

Great gym, trained here since it opened. The staff are lovely and always friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is first class, not imposing in any way, friendly, people always happy to give advice and help. The equipment is the best I have seen and generally the gym is very clean. It’s pretty much my second home. Big shout out to all the team at Gainz!

Iv been going to gainz for over a year now. I absolutely love it the best gym I have been too. Everyone is so friendly and makes you feel welcome. Before I started I had gym anxiety but as soon as I did a day visit with my friend I loved it straight away. It’s such a nice environment to be part of people compliment you and ask how your journey is going. So grateful to be part of this community.
