This was my first order with Begg Shoes, and I certainly will be dealing with them again. Delivery was super fast and I also liked there clear instructions regarding problems or return's if need be. Which in this instance was not required as I was more then happy with my purchase.

A few weeks back, I went into Begg Shoes in Perth looking for a comfortable, wider fitting pair of shoes. The manageress was very helpful and recommended a very comfortable pair of IMAC shoes, but did not have the right colour in my size.Still keeping my eyes open, I found the same shoes this week in the desired colour on the Begg website and ordered these. Arriving today, they were exactly what I wanted and accompanied by a handwritten thank-you note from a woman who I think was the person I had spoken to.A very good product and excellent service with a personal touch. I couldn’t find my son’s style of Skechers he wears for school anywhere locally, and even an internet search was becoming stressful. I came across the Begg Shoes site and ordering was easy, received in a day or so, and returns of the ones that didn’t fit so easy to do. Can’t fault their efficiency and you receive a little personal note inside too, thanking you for your custom. Good price too. Thank you.

Went into the Peterhead branch to get school shoes for my daughter. Got seen to straight away and the advisor was very informative and helpful. They didn't have the shoes in stock in the store but got them ordered and delivered straight to my home address. I opened them this morning and this note was inside. It was lovely.

I ordered Petunia size 7 which arrived promptly. The website described the shoe as wide fit and fits big but I nevertheless ordered my usual size. They are so narrow and short that I can barely get my foot in. I have reordered an 8

My boots were shipped in less than 4 hours after I ordered them. I'm very impressed! And I love the personal touch, a handwritten note from Gill wishing me to enjoy my new boots. Hopefully I will! I just tried them on and they are light and comfy. Thanks a lot Begg Shoes!

Quick delivery via Royal Mail and comfy shoes.Begg’s website is easy to navigate and easier than ordering direct from brands, especially with the free returns label included just in case. Will definitely use Begg Shoes again. And they support the Christmas shoebox appeal, a worthwhile cause.
