Millies Cookie's Thurrock

I love Millie's Cookies. Even my parents from Denmark always ask me to get cookies, when we go visit them.I usually go to the shop at Lakeside shopping centre and 90% of the visits, I'm served by Jordan. Everyone are always nice and help you out if you are stuck on what to get. I give 5 stars

The 1 star is just because i had to or else it would be 0 . My husband bought a milkshake from millies yesterday and it tasted like water and sugar absolutely the worst milkshake ever in my life i could have made a better one at home with just ice cream and milk , I should have gone to McDonald’s opposite or shop next door never again will i buy a milkshake from millies please change your recipe. I actually might go in store to complain i felt robbed and the after taste left me feeling queasy

Today I visited the Millies cookie store in Lakeside (the one near primark) around 3 o’clock, and was utterly disgusted at what I saw. The two young ladies working on the counter were fantastic but they were completely over worked and swamped with customers. I saw people walking away they weren’t able to be served as it was so busy. The two girls couldn’t be nicer, they were incredibly apologetic and very friendly but ultimately I still couldn’t get my large cookie made because it was so busy. I want to stress that this was not the young ladies fault at the front desk they were fantastic and the lady with dark hair and tattoos (gothic looking) could not of been more helpful, however this comes down to poor management and not managing your staff correctly. Utterly disgusting from the management. I won’t be back.

Morgan is an amazing person. I traveled all the way from north london to come get a giant cookie last minute. Without hesitation Morgan has told me give me ten minutes xxxx after a long day's work and getting ready to close she didn't refuse me. I'm ever so grateful as it's my partners big day tomorrow and she saved the day with her kindness amazingness and fantastic customer service. I'm ever so grateful for her and so should the Company he hecayse she's a greater asset. Morgan thank you so much xxxxx

Hi, the reason for my feed back is because the cookies I got (chocolate) hurt my jaw to eat. They were really hard and not like the normal cookies you sell. I ate them when I got home otherwise I would have told the store.

Sasha and Holly are a credit to Millies Cookies. Sasha provides excellent customer service and is very kind and approachable. Holly is an artistic genius and brought my ideas to life - her icing skills are amazing. They are a dream team.Many thanks both!

I purchased 4 cookie cupcakes and a raisin and oat cookie. When I got home the cookie cupcakes were stuck in the box and halved when removing them. They tasted awful, the cookie tasted off. I purchase these all the time. Was disappointed today.

James and Sasha served us today. Absolutely amazing service. Sasha iced an amazing new home cookie for me. It was done so lovely. I’m over the moon with it. Lovely people!

I bought a cookie slice and to my surprise have found a silver long grey hair coming out from under the icing. I am 6 months pregnant and finding this really made me vomit due to the thought of biting into someone's grey hair in a cookie. It really was disappointing and disgraceful.

I spent several hours at the shopping centre. The service here was appalling. I appreciate it was a busy day, but when your selling icream and milkshakes you can not be barking at people. My kids were really confused with why the individual serveing was being so rude. Big contrast to the greggs i went to in the same shopping centre. They were busy aswell. But still polite.
