Roots House of Hair is without doubt the best salon I've been to, and I've been to dozens during my adult life. I have short hair which surprisingly lots of salons struggle with on a woman but Dawn always cuts my hair to my taste and it always looks amazing and is easy to style. I've had cuts and colour and both are priced exceptionally well. Results are great and the salon is spotless and really well controlled in relation to covid 19. The salon was the only place I felt really safe in when the first lockdown eased and will be the only place I feel safe in when places start to reopen on 12th April 2021. Dawn's done a sterling job in exceptional circumstances and always puts her clients needs before anything else. Highly recommend this salon.

I only had a wash and blow dry today..but staff was really professional and gave me advise regarding my hair being abit dry..My hair looked that nice.i booked in again for colour cut dry... thank you..

Dawn and Sian are very skilful and friendly! My hair was a total mess, and they fixed it with lovely colour and style. Will definitely come back again next time I’m in Stoke. Highly recommend for their brilliant service and hospitality!
