The Bridal Sale Shop Gloucester

My mum has bought her wedding dress and 4 bridesmaid dresses from the shop in Gloucester and they have also hired all of the mens suits from the Cheltenham Branch. The staff were very friendly and patient when the 'bride' and girls were trying on all of the dresses which made the experience very enjoyable. The staff have been lovely during all of the fittings too. I would thoroughly recommend the Bridal Sale Shop to all prospective brides.

The lovely ladies at Bridal Sale Shop are very helpful, polite and understanding of needs. Great dress selection - as a larger busted woman, i was able to find the perfect dress at ease and with the shop assistants help. I showed them a picture of what i wanted, and they found a near perfect match! I am now popping to the shop for my fitting/alterations - alterations are also done inthe shop to ensure a perfect fit! Highly recommended to any bride - get high quality designer dresses at a great discount cost!

I would definatley recommend both the bridal sale shop in Cheltenham and in Gloucester. The staff are all extremely friendly and very helpful. I was served by Charlotte in the Gloucester store who was very helpful when I tried on about 10 different dresses (some of them twice!). I have to say that both stores have an amazing range of dresses, each one individual and at very good prices. I found my perfect dress there and I can't wait to wear it on my wedding day!

I was incredibly impressed with the service I received here. Even though it was close to closing time when I initially went in, I was welcomed in friendly, non-pushy manner and offered the opportunity to try on dresses, which I hadn't thought there would be time to do. Kate was fantastic, very experienced, and patient in helping me in and out of the various dresses and offered a polite but honest opinion, rather than just pushing for a sale. Despite only originally coming in to get an idea of what I liked, I ended up falling in love and finding my dress on that day. We were offered a really straightforward payment plan that worked for us, and they were happy to store the dress for us as well. I came back recently to try on my dress, and was again served by Kate, who was once again, fantastic; friendly, patient, helpful, understanding, approachable and knowledgeable. She was also fantastic on providing information on their alterations service, which we are using and who were very understanding when I asked to change my fitting date.Absolutely among the best possible and most friendly, warm, relaxed and non-pushy service I've ever received. I would definitely recommend to any bride in search of a dress. They have a great range of dresses as well.

Purchased the most amazing wedding dress at the bridal shop yesterday, couldn't be happier! The staff couldn't have been more helpful, sharing ideas on petticoats, shoes and veils and was very welcoming, massive thank you, I am happy to highly recommend you, from one very excited bride to be xx

Asked prior to appointment if they sold bigger dresses, was informed yes. Turned up to my appointment and I was there for a whole 3 minutes, I wasn't able to view any dresses to look at them, and I was told there was nothing suitable for me. And I left.Needless to say I haven't been back and found my perfect dress at another bridal shop

I only went into the store to find a bridesmaid dress for my daughter but I came out a happy bride to be because I found my perfect dress AND it was well within my budget, in-fact it was half of my budget. I was welcomed by the staff and given so much advice on what style would suit me. I didn't plan on trying on any dresses just yet but I tried on 4 and the 4th dress was THE dress. I love it and can't wait for my wedding day to show off such a beautiful gown.Thank you to all the Staff at The Bridal Sale Shop in Cheltenham. I will most definitely recommend you to friends.

Absolutely fantastic service, so friendly, helpful and patient and not pushy at all. We were left to browse, and then tried on so many dresses and were given excellent advice on ways to modify the dresses and accessories that matched. I bought my wedding dress on the day and this was the first and last shop I looked in. Great prices and a huge variety of styles. Will be recommending to friends. Loved it. Thanks so much!

Came in to the Cheltenham store in 2012, Purely to get an idea of dress styles and prices. I met Jenny and she was so bubbly, friendly and helpful. After trying on a couple of dresses in the style I thought I wanted, Jenny showed me a dress she thought would suit me. Well, by the end of my visit, I had put a deposit down.Everyone at The Bridal Gallery in Cheltenham were very helpful and friendly. I now have the dress of my dreams :)
