I’ve always found the chaps to be transparent and honest - if it doesn’t need doing they’ll communicate that and not overcharge for the sake of it. Highly recommend

I recently purchased a VW Golf from Cambridge Motorworks Ltd. The whole process was very straightforward and, a couple of months down the line, I'm still very happy with the transaction. They did exactly what they said they would, without cutting any corners, and completed the agreed service and MOT very quickly, which was important to me. I get the impression that both the mechanics and sales team are open and honest, you pay a fair price and you get what you pay for, which for most people is exactly what you want when buying a used car. They know their VWs and I would have no hesitation in regularly serving my car there in the future.
