Very easy summer storage for students. Just tell them when you’re moving in & out and they’ll give you a competitive quote.Customer service was very friendly. Overall I’m very happy with my experience.

I’m giving my experience an average rating for an average experience. the storage itself was fine, clean and tidy. However, the way in which the staff treated myself and my family was really unsatisfactory! The customer service we received was appalling. Every interaction with the staff members at this location did not meet expectation. The staff made no effort to make us feel welcome and acted in a manner of disgust after every question we asked. After collecting the last of our things today, i’ve left feeling unvalued as a customer and severely dissatisfied with the lack of ‘customer service’ I have received…

Great customer service!! - Best price, and super easy and convenient. Would defiantly use again if I needed storage in the future.

Great service by both Luke & the Lady I had connections, with.I had noticed people who were not actively using the store were Dumping their waist outside, near the bins. lack of Camera's.The many screens seen in reception is not in a great place to view only when sitting from the other side of the counter it can be seen more easily. Boxes & other items showing for sale, could be the place to keep an eye on in real time and not rely on past footage if a problem was reported.

Really good facility at Wallisdown Safestore, very clean. We had to move my daughters things to safestore because she was off to Australia.This is a confusing one – sorry.Was suggested that we order a 25 sq ft storage.The pricing in my opinion is intentionally complex but after a while we got the storage for 8 weeks at 11pounds a week and then 88 pound every 4 weeks.The payments are made every 4 weeks as it gives the impression that it is normal monthly payments.Payments every 4 weeks just means you have 13 payments a year instead of 12.Here we go.The storage was the wrong size, we needed 35 sq ft.After hanging around in reception for a while to change it and with 2 removers on an hourly rate, the salesman took some time trying to find a 35 sq ft and suggested I got 50 sq ft as it was only about 7 pound a ‘month’ extra from the 35sq ft. It was also taking quite some time to get the actual cost and I was told I would get the same discounts as before which was about half price for the first 8 weeks.I was a bit naive as I thought well only 7 pound more from 35 to 50 sq ft as above therefore only about another 10 pounds from 25 sq ft to 35 sq ft so about 17 to 20 pounds extra a month for the 50sq ft storage making 108 per month. A figure of 113 pound was mentioned.Again it was taking a long time to work out the cost with the discounts so I took the 50 storage as I had guys waiting to load the unit with items and was going to come back to sort out payment – we wanted it for a year.The cost was much more than I expected and was led to believe earlier and by then it was too late and the unit had been loaded and the removers paid.For the first 12 weeks this time the payment was 97pounds every 28 days and thereafter 156 pounds paid every 4 weeks until the year is up.Very confusing and sneaky!

Stored here for over two years. The staff have been excellent, always helpful and very professional. They suffer a staff rotation but whoever’s there has always been outstanding and the service level never declines. I run a business from the store and am notified about deliveries within minutes of them arriving and I would highly recommend them as a store

Have been at this store as a regular business customer for several years.Always an excellent service. Re-contracted recently by Cecilia and it's nice to have a company look after it's existing customers. Highly recommended!

I run a business from the Safe Store over 2 years. The previous management was ok but now under Mimi management is excellent . They deserve 10 stars.Always I'm getting a notification of deliveries within minutes.They provide very professional service in kindly manners.Highly recommended

Very nice staff, they gave me plenty of information. It was very nice to talk to them on telephone before I moved my stuff in. They were also very nice and professional when I arrived personally. Very nice, clean facilities, good access. Great price. Very good opening times. If you need storage, don't look anywhere else. I highly recommend Safestore to everyone.
