Absolutely fantastic wine shop, whatever your budget! Such a amazing range of wines (and beer/sprits if that’s your bag!) and really helpful advice from super knowledgeable (and not at all patronising!!) staff. Also do hone deliveries that arrive (scarily!) quickly! I’d give them 6 stars if I could!

Excellent. Ordered two bottles of wine as a thank you gift. Outstanding service from when I called for advice on wines to prompt delivery next day, beautifully wrapped and hand delivered. A reasonable price too. Recipients were extremely happy and thoroughly enjoyed their wine and the personal service from Butlers. Would highly recommend as an independent wine stockist, really knowledgeable and helpful. An outstanding service and experience. Will definitely order again.Thank you Butlers.

Butlers sent me the wrong bottle of whisky because their website was wasn’t updated properly. Frustrating given that I wasn’t able to get the correct bottle to give as a gift when needed

Lovely wine shop with lovely wines. Each wine I’ve had here has been tremendous - I’m a bit bored of the limited range you get elsewhere but here they have wines that are different and special. Of course the wines are not £4.99 but I think it’s worth it for something special.
