We have had a 6m veranda installed by Sun Spaces at the back of our house recently. The experience with them from start to finish has been outstanding. Ben was incredibly helpful to get what we wanted and the installation team were first class. We are delighted with the results and highly recommend them to anyone interested in using them

We have found the experience of buying and having a veranda installed by sunspace to be a very positive one.The free survey and CAD drawings were done quickly and to a high standard.The installation was done expertly and to a very high standard. Lee, who did our install, was a very decent and friendly person and he and his colleague did the install quickly and left things very tidy. I was very impressed.The communications throughout the process from Rebecca were excellent.We are very happy customers and have no hesitation in recommending sunspace.

Very impressed with the professionalism of SunSpaces at every stage in the process. The salesperson was informative without being pushy, the setup of the first site visit to take measurements was quick and happened on time, the payment process was clear, the installation was completed very diligently by the team, which at all times were very polite, considerate and informative. We are thrilled with the glass roofed veranda and glass doors. It is exactly as promised

The overall product was good (although still have some small leaks). Unfortunately after week 1 of build (despite numerous questions/confirmatory correspondence), we discovered that part of the ground was not suitable for build: something that should have been highlighted day 1; not day 1 of week 2 which added delay and additional week. The building team were courteous and friendly but very messy, despite a few requests: we had the clean/clear the build site each day/weekend: including food wrappers/cigarette butts. The final part of build was rushed and unfortunately a thorough check after the builders left revealed some chips, warped decking, no access to drains (as requested) and a leak. The team came back the following week and remedied the issues which was good. But once again, the site was left in a messy condition. Overall the pricy would get 4.5/5 but because of the experience and having to ask the team to come back and finish it properly our experience was not that good. Head Office responded quickly but did not follow up after work was done to check if we were happy. Overall I recommend this company but I would ensure you have someone on site to manage the team /check their work each day to ensure a better experience. Unfortunately, even though we work from home on occasion it was difficult to work and check up on build progress/cleanliness etc. I was away for final inspection and it was rushed due to my partner working from home with not much time to check details. We only discovered issues over the weekend when we had time for closer inspection. So overall recommend them, but worth outlining from outset exactly what is required and general standards you expect on site.

Smooth, trouble-free veranda installation. Looks exactly like the computer-generated image. No delays in either delivery or installation. Very pleasant and hard-working team of Darryl, Scott and Mike, and efficient sales back-up from Luke and Rebecca. Site left clean and tidy; we particularly like the remote control for the lights. All we need now is warm and sunny weather!

Our garden room installation was completed this week and we are over the moon. Sunspaces have been professional from start to finish. From the first contact, to the video tour of the showroom, and finally the installation, we have been delighted with the service that we received. The building itself is very attractive and beautifully constructed. It will enable us to enjoy our garden for so much more of the year. Our thanks to the entire team. We would not hesitate to recommend this company.

UPDATE- quite disappointed with the customer service. Our glass rooms leaks, two doors cannot be locked. We have waited 2 months for a repair and communication is almost non existent. . We understand that problems may arise in any project, the a true measure of any company is how they deal with them. Sunspaces have disappointed us so far.

I bought an aspire veranda from sunspaces and also ceramic tiles for the patio from prima porcelain. The veranda looks very nice and good quality, made of aluminium and tempered glass. The patio tiles look really nice as well and go really well with the veranda. The delivery and installation were on-time. All in all I am very pleased with it.

Having met with a number of veranda companies, we opted for the Aspire + from Sunspaces. With the patio being 8m wide they were the only company who would install a 7m wide veranda with two posts one at each end. We spoke initially to Ben who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The survey was completed promptly as was the fitting by Rob and his team. We had a minor leak issue that was rectified promptly. Also glad we went for the glass sides as they provide more privacy and additional weather proofing. Would, without hesitation, recommend this company; very professional and a quality product is always a good combination.

Purchased a 6x3 m veranda and after comparing with other suppliers I can honestly say that this was and is the best quality product by far. The installation team worked tirelessly through inclement weather to complete the installation. I consider them to be first class.I do however wish to share a few learned points from a health and safety perspective.A 2 man team should not be expected to lift and install a reinforced beam. Additional manpower was provided after the initial failure to lift the beam onto the support jacks.Accessibility issues was not identified for the glass lay down area which meant a little disruption but was overcome.Overall I would throughly recommend both the product and installation teams.
