Accelerate Pilates

Would highly recommend Accelerate Pilates. I originally joined in order to compliment my running and to build strength and flexibility, and have found it very beneficial.Having never done Pilates (or anything like it!) before, I wasn’t sure what to expect. However I felt at ease straight away as Louise is very supportive and encouraging and the sessions are very well thought out and delivered. Also Louise is very understanding and patient when I occasionally have balance and coordination issues!The support from others in the sessions is also great. Would highly recommend.

What a fantastic class to find…. Starting with a pre class matcha tea to energise and focus you followed by strengthening, help with posture and finally relaxing. Amazing teacher and group. Thank you.

Such an amazing group. Lou caters for all abilities so you feel at ease weather a professional or a beginner. It’s my first time trying a Pilates class and I’d wish I’d tried it sooner 4 weeks in and I already feel the benefits.
