Extremely racist and disrespectful staff. Don’t recommend at all. The person who books appointments told us to come at 3 but when we went there they told us it was at 2!!! And didn’t even apologise at all! How rude. Don’t waste your money in such an unethical business

Karl is naturally gifted / Artistic guy ... So adroit and proffessional ... You'd pay £300 for one hour in London for his talent ... I've never recommended a Style Director before until I saw Koko " in a Google review ..."

Have just had major surgery and really needed a boost so booked into KoKo for a cut and blow dry..Jordan you were amazing and considerate even helping me out of my chair. I am so pleased with the cut and felt fabulous after a few weeks of feeling poop...well done you !

The best haircut I've had in ages - Carl is excellent. Recommended to him by friends and very pleased. Not expensive either.
