This is a cosy place to take a rest and a cuppa. It has an assortment of comfy leather chairs and some tables if you want to eat. Large oat milk latte (1/2 a pint!?) for £3.85 and food is pricey but the ambience is worth it. The new staff are fast & friendly, it's clean and the queue moves quickly. It's basically the local for many Lemner shoppers.

As a long term customer of your Malmesbury and Cirencester and Hereford outlets, I have to report a constant painful experiences when visiting the Leominster outet.Why?When a certain lady of staff on duty, which seems often, her excruciating loud voice and unbearable constant false laughter makes me want to flee to have coffee outside. She may be the Manager?I do not have to describe her appearance. She is most obvious as soon as you walk in.To those who are not local (and have adapted to her), and passing through, I do note their disbelief and discomfort.I leave this observation with you. Generally your outlets have a very pleasant and tranquil atmosphere.Paul Garrett

Disrespect staff. I been often time in the coffee shop. A lot problem happened on me don't make Professional coffee mostly milk! Just I wana know where around world Latte coffee is sweet? One time charged me more than normal prices! I wasn't tilling managers because of staff. I don't like some one loss job because of my complain .. but really them don't appreciate costumer. Shame to coffee#1 . Must be brings professional stuff .....

Waited around 10 minutes in a queue to be served and gave up eventually and went elsewhere. Whilst I had sympathtly for the single member of staff working on a busy Saturday, there was no urgency or efficiency in anything she was doing. Managers need to step up, get more staff in and do some training.

How difficult is it to hear up a panini? Kept waiting. Staff too busy talking to realise panini's ordered had burnt!! Did some more but cold in the middle. Hot chocolate made up for it but wouldn't bother again!!

Decent coffee stop with selection of pastries, cakes and sandwiches. Cheese toastie was nice enough and the coffee is good. What let this visit down was the really loud female (presumably) senior staff member who was either sat on a laptop in the main seating area, giving out orders in a loud voice or discussing staffing issues on her mobile phone so everyone could hear. It gave a really poor impression of Coffee#1.

No skimmed milk, no semi skimmed milk, staff seem bored but can't be bothered to walk 25 metres to buy any. One refund and two unsatisfied customers! Walked across the square and got exactly what we wanted in a small independent coffee shop. Won't be using coffee#1 again.

It's an ok coffee shop but it's quite dear for what you get and the cakes aren't the freshest... Staff are really nice and friendly.

Use Coffee one all over country however this one was awful. I don’t want to have a coffee and all I can hear is the girl behind counter talking loudly that everybody could hear. Nothing against talking but it’s not professional. You’re at work, focus on your customers not your life, we the customer paying don’t want to hear you! Coffee time should be chilled this wasn’t chilled couldn’t wait to leave. Sad but true lack of management I think on the premises…
