TUI Holiday Superstore

Like many businesses they want you to interact with them on line. It probably shows my age but I like to talk to people especially when I am parting with large sums of money and I would urge you to do the same. You can of course read up on all the terms and conditions, small print etc but sometimes need to be able to read between the lines.I am really pleased I went in the Walsall store to research my holiday as they gave me far more information than what you could readily obtain from the App. Seeking alternative options was also so much easier.

Telephoned TUI Walsall was. Delighted when Molly answered the telephone as I had booked with her beforeAgain she didn’t disappoint excellent in every way even e-mailed the hotel as we need a fridge in our room for medication she is a great asset to TUI

We were so happy with our experience in store, all the staff were friendly when we arrived. We sat with Vicky the store manager and she was so helpful! We didn’t really know exactly where we wanted to visit but knew we fancied Turkey for may next year. Vicky ran through some points that were important for us especially as we will be traveling with children aged from 3-17 and we wanted the holiday to suit us all. Vicky had great knowledge of the area and explained every detail of the booking for us, we cannot wait for our holiday and would definitely recommend visiting Walsall superstore.

Had some troubles booking a holiday through the app so decided to go to the store and go old school and deal with a human being and thank goodness I did! I met Alice who was absolutely great, we had a good chat about places of interest to visit and she seemed genuinely invested in making sure I got the best package for me and my wife. I booked the holiday and then cancelled (dont ask!) and then re-booked and even though Alice was a bit surprised, once again she helped me as did the other staff and everyone was extremely helpful even though they must have questioned my sanity! Really looking forward to the holiday and this is the second, technically third time Alice has helped us and I would have no hesitation in recommending her or the great staff at TUI Walsall.

Julie R in store was amazing from start to finish! Julie arranged prices for all wedding parties and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything selected ready for our dream wedding! Julie arranged the whole package, booked our extra legroom / premium seats, upgraded our rooms as well as adding on the wedding package with the wedding department.Considering wedding planning is considered one of the most stressful things in life to plan, Julie made the entire process stress free!!!!Thank you Julie for all of your help supporting us and booking our big day in Mexico. We can’t wait to book all future holidays in store with you again x

Excellent service from Cassie today who helped my mum and I book our holiday in October. This is our first trip since my mum has developed significant access needs so Cassie's help was invaluable. Cassie and the other staff I spoke to were all friendly and personable. Will definitely return for any future bookings. Thank you!

Could not rate louise 'the long haul queen' enough. Listened to what my grand parents wanted, sorted extra help for them and beat their quote by £3000!!! Absolutely brilliant service, kind and friendly. Will only book with her in future.

Just booked our first ever cruise to the Caribbean with the lovely Tom!!! He and Vicky have been so helpful and answered alllll my questions to make sure we were choosing the right cruise for us!!I’m so excited!! Thank you TUI

We were having trouble choosing a family summer holiday online this year, so I decided to call TUI and got through to a lovely lady named Alice who listened carefully to our requirements and then sent me some of her recommendations via email. Happy to say we decided to book based on Alice’s recommendation, which ticked all of the boxes, came with a free child place and also to my surprise saved us a little extra on the day of booking. Looking forward to a fantastic summer holiday with the family this year! Thanks Alice

Should score 0Rang for a quote on a cruise. Took detail and never got back to me. Rang again tried to locate operator to call back.During their unprofessional waiting time I was able to book directly with the Cruise Liner and a much better service. Not impressed with TUI Superstore WASTE OF TIME. G
