Went in as I had problem getting simcard to connect in new phone. Jamie sorted it out straight away. Very friendly, complimented me on switching apps etc over from old phone. Didn't make me feel daft because of a simple mistake. Excellent customer service.

EE Have a no return policy or cooling period if you buy from store. Most likely reason for this is because most of the older generation prefer to do things in person instead of the phone or online. This in turn keeps advisers and store workers in a job but they still insist not to help the people that keep them in a job.My Grandma was sold a tablet as a 24 month contractual upgrade. She got the Tablet for my grandad who had never been given chance to use the tablet himself. She wasn’t even shown her self how to use the tablet so she could explain it to him.Once he had chance to use the tablet he realised he couldn’t operate it and was happy with his old tablet. When she went to return she suddenly realised this wasn’t possible over a 24 month period it would cost £220 for this tablet.When I went down to see if we could possibly cancel the contract and take a new one without the tablet the cancellation fee was £192 she’d had the new contract for 3 days unbelievable.The advisor was possibly hungover she kept asking for me to lower my voice when I was talking reasonable she just didn’t like what I was saying in front of her Senior manager because this obviously looked flakey.So don’t let your oaps go in store to take new contracts out ring up on their behalf. As all they want to do is get you in and get you out. The branch has now received a full formal complaint I am awaiting a call from a senior accounts manager to resolve the issue.Usually I’m happy with EE been a customer for 12 years and this is the first time I feel they have a had no Common sense, compassion or due diligence for their customers. Sam was the advisor avoid them ring EE direct.

called in today to get help to transfer from old to new phone and I have to say the staff couldn't do enough for me,I can highly recommend this shop and staff.. could have stayed chatting all day,thank you ☺️

Was just passing. But thought i would give it a go. Very friendly staff. I was dealt with quickly and advised in a professional manner. Sam the Manager was excellant throughout. I was advised of the no returns policy. As some have stated they were nt. Would highly recommend. Will use again.
