Unreliable - first clean was great and signed up to regular service, I have chased 6 times for when they are returning, occasionally i get a message saying 'windows will be cleaned today' but it never happens, I understand unexpected things sometimes come up which change your plans but it always goes down better if you communicate with your clients - if you want an easy life and consistent service i would suggest you go elsewhere - I have
