The food is always great, but at this branch, they don't serve what you want they only serve what they have without informing you. I want beans and corn in 2 takeaway packs only to get home and find dippings instead. No explanation, nothing. Quite disappointing.

ScammedOn multiple occasions now i am given at least 25% less than what i order (what is on the receipt). not sure why they do this with take aways, seems crazy to think they have to steal food, prob resell from frozen? Truly i don't check my larger orders on the spot, expecting to be able to take the benefit of a FAST food. But i do suggest to check your bags.

Not happy. I have had KFC everywhere from Birmingham down to London and CMK branch is the most disappointing.Every time I order food for takeaway something is missing from my order. Once I missed two hot wings, once I missed a drink, once I missed a big gravy. I think this shop served me less for about seven quid.Attention to orders is a joke in this place. If you ordering a big takeaway I recommend you to check your order before you leave the shop.

It's the worst run fast food restaurant I have ever seen. Not enough staff on a busy day those who were there moved slower than a snail and the had no sauce of any kind!!!!

The staff are rude and unaccommodating. The chips and gravy were stone cold. The restaurant is filthy. Worst KFC I’ve ever been to and they absolutely couldn’t care less about their customers. Staff are rude and dismissive!

Even though location is a good one, some of the staff, don't seem to listen properly to your order and some staff seem more interested into listening to music on their own mobile phone rather than working, if this branch wants a higher star rating from me, there are few things, they need to do, 1) hire staff, who listen to your order properly,2) hire staff who understand English precisely and clearly,3) get staff who can clean tables efficiently and just incase, anybody says, you have had no experience in the catering trade, I have worked behind bars serving drinks and making cocktails and business breakfast's and silver service and I have cleaned some tables and ladies and gentleman toilets as well.

Friday night we thought we would pick up a bucket of chicken and share it with my at their new flat.KFC used to be very enjoyable in India, I tried it for the first time in UK but the experience and food at this KFC was not good at all. The fries was of bad quality potatoes and some of them are deep fried. The taste was ugly.I will not recommend to visit this place. It looks tempting but not good in taste.

Worst experience ever waiting over half an hour to receive my food when I ordered it off the KFC app to pick up my food as a takeaway order.There was no structure in the queuing up to order or even collect your food people were everywhere, trying to either order at tills or ask about their collection.When asking a member of staff about my order his reply was l don't know where your order is.

One of the worst experiences I faced ordering food from any take away.Firstly service, the staff did not wear any hair netting and no male staff had beard netting. This is breaching the biggest hygiene policy of KFC or any fast food chain.Secondly, It took them 16mins to then inform me my food will take at least 20 mins additional to be prepared.I kindly asked for a refund which took 10 mins to process, alongside the staff being awfully rude regarding this matter. Overall worst experience and to be quiet honest I have been totally scared of KFC. Honestly feel like I have been to a third world country, with staff that require some training on customer service.
