I smashed my iPhone screen on the way to work today! What a nightmare! Luckily, Free Fusion came to the rescue! They fixed my phone in no time, and my day was saved! Thank you for the professional and hassle-free service! Five Star service!

Couldnt ask for a more professional repair. It was back to me within 36 hour of sending it. The status of the repair was tracked in realtime and the customer service was outstanding at a price significantly cheaper than the local retailers offering the same service. Initial contact seemed positive, they said that to repair to my charging port would take 2 hours. As I was travelling from Coventry, they asked me to advise them the day before I came so they could ordered the part and have it ready for when I arrived.Upon arrival, they had no clue who I was until I mentioned the fact I had travelled from Coventry and then they remembered. Told me it would take 30 minutes to diagnose my phone, even though I had told them I have damaged it. A diagnosis of this should literally take 30 seconds..After 30 minutes, they stated the obvious, that the port was broken and required replacing. They said they needed to order the part (despite telling me this would be done already and be ready for when I arrived!). They asked me to leave a deposit to guarantee I would return and they’d phone me when the part arrives.The next day, I received no phone call. I messaged then to which there was no response. Decided to go elsewhere and have my phone fixed within an hour!I have asked for my deposit back but still no reply. Forgot to mention, I received no paper work for my deposit as they wanted to “cut down on admin”. So I probably won’t see my £20 again.There are positive reviews which tipped me to drive there as well as their website appearing modern and featuring the exact services they carry out, in comparison to other phone repair shops, but I received such poor service that this is my advice; avoid.They are also more expensive than other repair shops as it cost me much less to get my phone repaired elsewhere using genuine Apple parts.

I highly recommend Free Fusion. The staff is not only incredibly friendly and helpful, but they also went above and beyond to solve my phone's issue. The service was impressively fast, and I'm really glad I found this place. They saved me a lot of time, money and hassle with their efficient and top-notch repair service.

I have used free fusion for many years with many different phones. They are always happy to help. They explain the what’s broken, why, how to fix and price which I always find very reasonable. It’s usually fixed very quickly with post service guarantee. Personally I rate them and won’t use anyone else.
