Such miserable and unhelpful staff.Asked to speak to the manager and he couldn’t be bothered to come out onto the shop floor. Instead had to wait for him and shop floor staff to communicate via their headsets adding an extra 10 minutes needlessly.In the end, decided to just leave and spend my money elsewhere. Nothing worse than bad customer service and laziness. I would rather pay more and have excellent service than pay less and have bad service.

Full B&Q range of products and advice on hand at all times.I found it a bit of a challenge to find light bulbs at this visit, but staff are patient and helpful, so not so much of a problem, really.The store has recently been structurally updated, so it feels a little more spacious, even though its no bigger.

OK for a small store but doesn't carry the product range normally associated with a B&Q outlet. Unfortunately a wasted trip, staff friendly enough though who recommended I went to Longwell Green store.

Good parking and helpful staff. Check out is using the scanners, unless you ask for a manual check out. Good selection of paints and general DIY, but unlike other sites it not strong on room fittings like bathroom or kitchens.

Made a detour on the way from Bristol to Dursley to buy a couple of bricks I needed. Found 20 or 30 on a shelf, marked at 47p. Took them to the checkout. Apparently they're not for sale. I was understandably upset.If they don't sell them, take them off the shelf!Alternatively, if they don't sell them, then just give them to me.Rubbish.

Normal B&Q customer service. Massive line at the checkouts with one person serving. Another employee standing behind the customer service desk doing nothing. When I asked her if she could help me approve my purchase on the self service, she looked shocked that I was asking her for help. How has B&Q not gone out of business yet? Just a matter of time.
