Very polite.Colin came over today with very short notice and had us back and running on the road with in 2 hours.Extremely descriptive on what the problem is with your vehicle and explains what he’s doing. Come out to do diagnostic on my van detected the problems tried to get the van started tampers with the Engine won’t even turn over now just clicks said he was going to come back a quote for fixing contaminated fuel never even bother getting back to me has ignored my phone calls and texts has made things worse I have to get another company at to come and recover the van from my house and sort out the problem
